ABOUT ÖSTRA FORNÅSA LANTBRUK

Östra Fornåsa Lantbruk is a family-owned business located on the Östgötaslätten between Motala and Linköping. Currently, they primarily grow potatoes, but starting in 2022, they also grow carrots. However, Östra Fornåsa Lantbruk is not "just" a farm. Inside the doors, they boast a high-tech production facility where potatoes are cleaned, sorted, and packaged.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The company is currently seeking a driven Process Operator who wants to develop and streamline the Washing Line and its working methods. You will be responsible for process-related maintenance and ensure that it is done preventively and in coordination with other operations. The work should be carried out in a structured manner towards a clear goal. This role has a significant responsibility to ensure high quality under safe, efficient conditions.

In addition to the job description, you are expected to step in and assist where production needs support.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We believe you have a production technology education or have acquired equivalent skills through relevant work experience. You are an unpretentious person who has no problem performing tasks outside of the job description. You enjoy seeking development potential and have a strong interest in data. It is a great advantage if you are technically inclined, possess mechanical skills, and knowledge of basic electrical installations.

You must be proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

You should have a driver's license and a car, as the workplace does not have nearby public transport to get to work.

Additionally, it is advantageous if you have proven experience in efficiency and quality work within industry/production and have previously worked with optical sorting machines.
